Jethro stopped touring in 2020 after better than 50 years on the boulevard
Cornish comic Jethro has died at the age of 73.
An announcement on his Fb page stated he died on Tuesday after contracting Covid-19.
It stated: “It is with profitable disappointment that we bid the passing of the properly-known and standard Cornish comic Jethro.”
Jethro, right title Geoffrey Rowe, stopped touring in 2020 after better than 50 years on the boulevard.
His family stated “our lives will never be the identical without him”.
Born in St Buryan, Cornwall, Jetho’s recognition as a comic grew during the 1980s and he made his first nationwide look on the Des O’Connor display in 1990.
In 2001, he regarded on the Royal Range Conceal and went on to severely change idea to be one of many apt stars from Cornwall.
Comic Jim Davidson paid tribute on Twitter, announcing: “My valid buddy Jethro has left us. RIP Jethro, it is likely you’ll be greatly missed.”
