The Uttarakhand govt declared a three-day assert mourning over the loss of life of Chief of Defence Workforce Gen Bipin Rawat in a helicopter atomize on Wednesday.
Total Bipin Rawat, his most critical other and 11 others had been killed in a helicopter atomize shut to Coonoor in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday, the Indian Air Power acknowledged.
